a) Open a ticket here:
https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

b) In the ticket, provide the specific phone numbers, times, and date for the missed calls. They will need this information.

c) Select "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.
Please do not send me emails; I do not work for nor represent Freephoneline or Fongo. Post questions on the forums so that others may learn from responses or assist you. Thank you. A lot of people are having this issue, hopefully all will put in a ticket to get it going.

I don't have access to all providers out there but the major ones no one can place calls and everyone gets a Phone Number not in service message. Outgoing calls do work.

I have alerted someone at Fongo about this issue.

On my end, I can't reproduce the problem at the time of this post.
I'm able to call my FPL accounts (I've tested more than one), but if you are getting the same error message, then you should
open a ticket here:
https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

a) In the ticket, provide the specific phone numbers, times, and date for the missed calls. They will need this information.
The calls aren't reaching Fongo, so they'll need that info.

b) Select "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.

Started getting "Number you called is not assigned"

Postby bvee086 » 03/15/2022

Hi,
I have had a "freephoneline.ca" account for many years.

Starting yesterday, when someone calls me, they hear " THE NUMBER YOU CALLED IS NOT ASSIGNED"

I still can make calls out though. I have had this phone number for years.
This problem has never happened before this.

Does anyone have an idea as to how to resolve this?

Any information would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
bvee086

That's good news. Out of curiosity, did anyone respond with an explanation?

I’ve been informed the problem is a Fibernetics routing issue, and it’s been fixed for the customers who submitted tickets.

If other FPL accounts have the same problem, please send in a ticket with the same information requested above.

Thanks.

Incoming Calls not working, only Outgoing Call work

Postby tester2 » 03/18/2022

Hi there,
I need your help, suddenly after Day Light Time changes, after this on my FPL only Out going Call work. If some one call then none of the Calls are receiving, I mean Incoming Calls not working at all. I am having this Phone line from many years and it was working fine all the time.

I already Factory Reset my PAP2T-NA many times, and reconfigure from scratch, still FPL is not working.

Who ever is calling they are getting the message like "The person is calling is not taking the Call at the Movement, Please try again later".

For sure this problem is nothing to do my my side, Because I tried all the things from my side and nothing wrong on my side.

Please let me know, how to fix this problem.

Thanks

Do not port forward, which is a security risk.

The problem is a Fibernetics (parent company and CLEC of Freephoneline and Fongo) routing issue.

Open a ticket here:

a) In the ticket, provide the specific phone numbers, times, and date for the missed calls. They will need this information.

Please do not create multiple threads and posts about the exact same issue. I've merged your posts into this one because the issue is exactly the same.

If you look through this thread, other users have had the same issue as you. It can only be resolved by submitting a ticket, which is what jtan2000 did. jtan2000's problem was resolved.
Choose "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.

I've been in contact with someone at Fongo about this problem that is affecting some accounts (I tested several accounts, and all of those work normally). Affected users must submit a ticket.

Do not port forward, which is a security risk.

Again, the problem is a Fibernetics (parent company and CLEC of Freephoneline and Fongo) routing issue.

Open a ticket here:

a) In the ticket, provide the specific phone numbers, times, and date for the missed calls. They will need this information.
The calls aren't reaching Fongo, so they'll need that info.

b) Select "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.

Yes, they will for this issue. It's not a problem on your end. Select "my account inquiry" for the final issue type in the support ticket.
They fixed this Fibernetics routing issue for other FPL users.

It's resolved for jtan200 (original poster in this thread), Cam888888, and porksoda:
https://forums.redflagdeals.com/freepho ... #p35848933.

This routing issue never affected any of my FPL numbers or others that I tested. So, this is a problem that's affecting some FPL accounts but not all.

Is there another method that I can get this resolved?

I was told people with affected accounts need to submit tickets.

The only other option is to escalate:

Thanks for your help.

After my 3rd support email, they finally responded and fixed the issue after one day.

I can now get back to receiving all those Air Duct calls again.

Thanks!
