[Open a support ticket] number is not in service/404 error
Hi
I have been experiencing incoming calls issue lately, it will ring once and then return with a lady saying "we are sorry the number you have reached is not in service" and I have checked the call logs and there is not incoming call logs or traces of it.
I can dial outbound calls without any issues but just not receive any incoming calls. I have this number working without any issues for more than a year and suddenly started experiencing this issue. I then decided to use another of my freephoneline number and I can receive inbound and make outbound calls without any issues
I even reset my SPA and reconfigured them without any success, inbound calls are still not working for me?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Help! Unable to receive incoming calls since monday
Ensure that Follow Me is disabled in your account while troubleshooting this issue: https://www.freephoneline.ca/followMeSettings.
This situation is likely the same as the one affecting some Fongo Home Phone customers: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=20424.
I speculate the problem is a Fibernetics call routing issue.
You will need to submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Choose "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.

Re: Help! Unable to receive incoming calls since monday
Thanks thats the first thing I check for the Follow Me it was disabled. Also it was working with another Home Phone number configuration so I suspect could be the Fibernetics call routing issue.
Let me reach out to them. I will keep you posted.
Thanks again

Re: Incoming calls failed Error 404
Thanks, I did but the reply is that they don't support freephoneline and to post here. I'll try account issue as the problem

Re: Incoming calls failed Error 404
There’s nothing moderators and users on the forums can do about a Fibernetics call routing issue.
The response you received is just an automated response. Someone may still look at your ticket. Yes, submit another using “My Account Inquiry” as the issue type.

Re: number is not in service
Unless something has changed, there is no desktop app for Fongo Home Phone, which is the corresponding community support forum where you posted originally. I'll move your posts to the Freephoneline forum.alenat wrote:same issue here. I am not using any adapters, just plain desktop app...
