First, using your FPL number for your forum username is a really bad idea, unless you want telemarketing bots and scammers to add your number to their lists and call you.
Although I can ban your forum account, I can't delete it. If you want someone to delete it (and I really think it should be), submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

I've deleted your pictures because I feel they contain information you shouldn't be sharing in a public forum (for privacy).

In the meantime, I suggest creating a new forum account using a different forum username and email address. I can then delete your forum posts that were made using your current forum username if you would like. Just let me know. Unfortunately, I can't change your forum username.

I set everything correctly in my Linksys PAP2T

Well, except you haven't.
By the way, always use "advanced view" in your ATA's web UI.

1. What brand and model modem are you using?
Visit viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20199#p78975 (read #1)

2. What brand and model router are you using?
Visit viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20199#p78975 (read #2)

3. Visit viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16294#p64346.
Follow the instructions in the first post of that thread closely, including step 3. In other words, don't use 5060 for the local "SIP port".
Change SIP Port to a random number between 30000 and 60000.
After changing SIP Port, save settings, and test.

If changing SIP Port fixes the problem, you were dealing with a corrupted association or connection that developed between your router and ATA.
In that case, you can try increasing Reg Retry Intvl (Voice-->SIP-->SIP Timer Values) in your ATA from 120 seconds to 200 seconds to help prevent this situation from happening again. Increasing Reg Retry Intvl should allow the corrupted connection to timeout before the ATA attempts to register again after a failed registration attempt, but I have no idea what what value Reg Retry Invtl needs to be for you because it depends on the router being used (Read point D from viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20199#p78976). Many consumer routers now use a default value of 180 seconds for UDP Assured Timeout. 200 seconds is greater than 180, so 200s for Register Retry Interval in the ATA may help. If you really want to make sure, you could try 400 seconds, but that's probably excessive.

4. Use the PDF guide in the bottom of the first post (from the thread in post #3): download/file.php?id=1722.
Set time settings properly in your ATA.
Use the instructions specified for Rogers (use voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060).
If switching proxy server works, you may have been temporarily IP banned by voip.freephoneline.ca. The purpose of voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 is to circumvent buggy SIP ALG features routers (make sure to disable SIP ALG in your router), which can prevent registration from working properly on UDP port 5060.

"As May 2013, our servers will rate limit REGISTER requests to a maximum of 10 requests per 5 minutes. Each authentication round usually consumes 2 requests (digest auth), so it is a fair number given our guidelines. Also, it does not affect INVITES (which are also authenticated)...

This rate limit is applied per IP address as our service is tailored to residential Canadian users (ADSL/Cable)."

Use G711u for the audio codec. G.729 sounds inferior, and there is little benefit, unless you're using FPL on a smartphone and trying to reduce cellular data usage.

5. When entering your SIP Password, do not copy and paste. Don't use a browser form filler or a password manager application. Manually type in your password, and make sure don't add an extra blank space at the end, which often happens when copying and pasting.

6. Don't use "Anonymous" for display name in your ATA. Don't use or accidentally dial *67.

7. Login in to your ATA (as an admin); navigate to Voice-->Line 1-->Supplementary Service Subscription-->Block CID Serv:
a) change to no
b) Click "submit"

Having Block CID Serv enabled was a reported issue with some Cisco/Linksys ATAs dropping calls after 15 minutes with FPL.

#6 and #7 aren't the reasons for the ATA not being able to connect to the proxy server.

but it always can't connect to login server

Are you able to ping voip.freephoneline.ca ?
https://www.howtogeek.com/355664/how-to ... r-network/
https://www.wikihow.com/Ping-on-Mac-OS

If your ATA isn't able to connect to any FPL proxy server at all, we can try different DNS servers.

Have you ever been able to register this ATA with FPL? Did you purchase the VoIP unlock key recently?

Do anyone know my account already activate when I bought it?

If you see "connected" and a SIP User Agent you don't recognize after logging in at https://www.freephoneline.ca/showSipSettings, then someone else is using your FPL SIP Username and SIP Password.
Unless you've been hacked or unless you've given your SIP credentials to someone else, it's impossible for someone else to use your SIP Password.

Also, keep in mind that when there are multiple devices/softphones/Lines (on an ATA) using the same FPL account, only the most recent registration is valid. The previously registered device (or Line, in this case) will lose registration, and, consequently, incoming calls will not ring on it. This is especially important to consider if someone else is using your SIP credentials (username and password) that are found after logging in at https://www.freephoneline.ca/showSipSettings or if you're trying to register your FPL account with a smartphone SIP app (or FPL desktop app), with another device, or more than one ATA line. Registration is required for incoming calls. It is not required for outgoing calls. Only one registration per FPL account is allowed at any time. A single line on an ATA is one registration. A SIP app is another. Two lines on an ATA requires two VoIP unlock keys.

Re: 「Solved」can't connect to login server

I'm glad everything is working now.

If you encounter this problem again, enter a new random number between 30000 and 60000 for SIP Port, and try increasing Reg Retry Intvl (Voice-->SIP-->SIP Timer Values) in your ATA from 120 seconds to 200 seconds.

If you can never connect without using voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060, disable SIP ALG in your router(s).

I'll delete your posts now as requested.
