I am using FPL desktop (V3.2.7.0) app and have money in my LD account.
I am trying to make a call to a North Dade number and the call just says Failed on the app.
The error in the Call log is "Internetworking, unspecified".
What are the possible causes for this type of failure.

Re: North American LD call failing
If that's the only call that's failing, and if you're positive you dialed the correct number (and also positive that the number is active), then submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Choose "World Credits Inquiry" for the final issue type. In the ticket, provide the number you're attempting to call and the detail record that you mentioned (from, to, duration, connect time, etc.).
Note that toll-free, non-Canadian customer support numbers may not work from outside Canada.
