[Resolved] incoming calls w/voip.freephoneline.ca 15Sep2022

My incoming calls on "voip.freephoneline.ca" this morning go directly to voicemail. I rebooted system and no change. I switched over to "voip2.freephoneline.ca" and incoming calls work fine. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I will give it sometime and switch back later this morning to see if anything has changed.

voip.freephoneline.ca is working on one of my numbers for incoming calls.

I'm going to check some other FPL numbers now.

Incoming calls are going directly to voicemail on another FPL number using voip.freephoneline.ca

Checking another number . . .

I have 2 family members using same server and their incoming calls also go directly into voicemail. I would suspect there is an issue, unfortunately. Thanks for your checks and will see how the day progresses.

This one is still working.
Strange.
I have more numbers I can test, but testing 3 is enough for me.

I'll try reporting the problem to someone.

Thanks again for the testing, it maybe as simple as the back end rebooting the respective server hopefully to correct the issue.

Yes, that's possible.

Anyway, I've sent an email. That's all I can do at the moment.

They restarted the proxy server (voip.freephoneline.ca).

Incoming calls are working again.
If not, re-register your devices (reboot your ATAs, for example).

Thanks for your intervention.

You're much more professional and efficient than many paid employees in different telco companies.
