Port Out Rejection - Wrong Address

Post by serkan5000 »

Hi,

I'm trying to port out my freephoneline number. The external company keeps saying the port out is beign rejected due to freephoneline recieving the wrong address. The only address in my account is my 911 address. Is there a specific address I'm supposed to send to be able to port out, or where can I find the address I have on file?

Visit https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... er-carrier, and read that fully.
The address mentioned is the one that's listed after logging in at https://www.freephoneline.ca/update911Info.

The only other address I can think of would be the one listed on your original FPL VoIP unlock key invoice, but the billing address on the invoice shouldn't apply. Instead the current service address should. If you need a copy of the invoice, you'll need to submit a billing inquiry: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

After porting out, you will lose your VoIP unlock key and any World Credits you may have, and your FPL account will be automatically terminated.

If you provided all information accurately, meet the required conditions (from https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... er-carrier), and continue to be blocked, you can file a complaint with CCTS: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/for-consumers ... aint-form/.

Thank you, I have sent the 911 page screenshot to them. I will update here if that works!
