When entering Freephoneline.ca Voicemail Settings, it just shows blank while it should be a list of settings there. And the SIP Settings button is missing here but it shows up on other settings page. The other settings like 911, Follow me, SIP Settings are all OK.
I tried using other browsers and the issue persists. Another account works fine. What happened to this account and how to fix? Thanks.

I checked the page source and it just stopped after <img src="images/btns/sip_settings_off.png". What could go wrong?

If you tried clearing browser cache and reloading the page, submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Choose “My Account Inquiry” for the final issue type. It appears to be an issue that’s specific to your account.
You can check your ticket status by logging in at https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests. That's an account for tickets (zendesk) only and is completely separate from your Freephoneline account. Use the same email address that you use to submit tickets.
Support staff does not respond to tickets on weekends or holidays. Support hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. EST.
Visit https://status.fongo.com/.
If "Support System" indicates "Degraded Performance", ticket response time can take up to a week.

Issue fixed. According to the Fongo support, the Register Expires setting on my SIP device was not set to 3600, which is the only value they accept. This number caused my account blocked. Talked to CS and they unlocked my account temporarily to correct the number to 3600 and it works now.
