ogammo,

Yes, I have just received both PM's (Was away for some time), I am looking into them as we speak; I am wondering if you are referring to incoming or outgoing caller ID? and is it Just CID (Number) or are you talking about CNAM (Name) too?

Thank you, now what exactly is coming up, is it all 'Unknown, Unknown'? or just one or the other not working...

Incoming caller ID is a bit sketchy, since it is almost 90% dependent on the far end carriers passing it to us; if we don't receive it, we can't pass it to you. However if it is all numbers it would be something we will have to look into here.

Have you tried a different phone? If /nothing/ is displaying at all it definitely looks like the phone.

And if you look at your call logs online, do you see the number that called you? That would help in trouble shooting. And if you are using an ATA, have settings changed in there? Have you verified that incoming CID is allowed by the ATA?

There's 3 ATAs in your forum profile: PAP2T,SPA3102,RT31P2. Is the caller ID problem happening on all of them?

Try to power-cycle it, and check for firmware upgrades. There's been documented issues at Cisco for your device model relating to caller ID stopping to work after some time.
