[Resolved] Fongo support request response time

I have used the Freephoneline VoIP over 9 years and it was running well.

On July 28, my account was suddenly blocked. I submitted a support request on July 29, and sent 2 follow up emails with my proof of Voip Unlock Key purchase. It has been 3 weeks and I didn't get any responses and my account is still remain blocked.

I checked the status of "Support System" at https://status.fongo.com/. It says "Degraded Performance" after a high number of requests during the outage. I know they are very busy, I want to know what is the normal waiting time to getting a service request responded?

Appreciate any help provided.

No one except employees know, and they aren’t obliged to post here.

Your account can be blocked for one of the reasons listed at viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20537.
Reason #2 is fixable by the user and doesn’t require a ticket submission.

Fongo does have https://twitter.com/Fongo_Support. I'm not sure if anyone there responds to direct messages.
Similarly, they appear to be on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FongoMobile/. Again, I don't know whether anyone will respond to you.
They might.

Their phone number is 6478471355, but I don't believe they answer phone calls. You may be able to leave a message. I doubt they'll respond to it.


If they won't read your ticket or otherwise communicate with you, CCTS is the only other way I can think of to get through to Fongo as a customer.

Thank you for your information. My account was unlocked today.

It was because I used voip3 as a test when voip/voip2 was not working at my box and forgot to switch it back.
