Hello, I have had FPL for years and everything has be fine. My parents just got Primus VOIP and i can't call them!! I just get a fast busy when i try. I have tried at home where i use an ATA and I have tried from mu Fongo Phone app. My phone app just goes back to dial pad after i hit Call. They just had their number ported from Bell. They have not had any problems calling or receiving calls.

Any suggestions or answers?
