Calls from Rogers wont ring my FPL.

When someone with a Rogers wireless calls me, it either rings and rings on their end or else after a few rings it goes to FPL voice mail. The exception, if the friend has their number blocked, it rings FPL ok.

How do I fix?

We have had this problem before. I'll have to contact our programmers to see what they did.
