Not ringing for caller

I have FPL setup for home. When I call the number - it rings at home - but the caller does not hear a ring.
Any ideas?

Exact time of call where issue occured

I will pull up the call from the logs, run some testing and open the appropriate ticket if necessary

Same problem here. I have 3 lines through FPL and all three have the same problems, but doesnt happen all the time.

Same for me here. Not ringing for caller...

I'm using a linksys PAP2.
I found out that this happen only when I plug my ATA (FPL) on the phone circuit of my house.
If i plug a phone directly on the ATA, the ringing for caller is back.

That's a really good observation, maybe this could be related to the voltage/freq setting in our PAP box?

Different phones accept different voltage/frequency ranges. Best to contact the manufacturer or... the back of the box

This doesn't really explain why it's the caller that doesn't hear the ringing.
The phones are all ringing correctly in my house...
