Voicemail Problem

For a while now I have been having some problems with my voicemail. I have some new voicemails and whenever I go to the inbox to check them, it tells me to press 1 to do so and I do this but it doesn't recognize me pressing the button. The same for every other button in the system. Any help would be appreciated.

This is all related to the DTMF setting. I dont remember if using the softphone you have the feature of changing it, but saw in another thread the admin indicating that there is a option.

There is an option:

Menu > Settings > Other > DTMF > Tone / SIP

DTMF Needs to be set to tone.
