i was receiving caller id through my pap2t, but for almost a month now i am not receiving any id only private number , nothing changed in my setup
i tried everything i can from reset to fac rory setting in both my router and ata to changing setting on the ata but nothing happened
so i guess it is from fpl side

Could be the recent routing changes we've made to our call processing on the backend of our server. Same issues arise with phone not ringing etc... I've alerted the programmers and I'm working on changing the routing tables back.
