Phone not working at all.

Post by themask »

Hello,

For the last one week or so, my phone becomes intermitently dead. I can neither make a call nor receive one. There is dial tone when I take my phone off hook but when I dial a number, there is nothing except dead silence. Same is the case when someone else calls me, nothing except dead silence. This condition lasts for a while before it comes back to normal. This has been happening since last week whenever I try to make a call. Can you please take a look as to what is going on? I am in Ottawa and I'm using SPA 2102.

Regards,
-tm

can you pm me your email address and I'll send you a config walk through to help double check all your ATA settings. There have been some service interruptions for the past week too, but none have been very long-term

It has been working fine since I activated it back in June. It's been only since last week that I started to have problems. I haven't touched my ATA settings since I configured it for the first time. In any case please send me the config walk through. I've sent my e-mail address to you through pm.
