cannot purchase long distance credits online

I cannot get past the "Purchase login page" at https://www.freephoneline.ca/purchaseLogin
After entering credentials and clicking on "send", the login page starts to "load" but stays at same login page. I tried logging into site before and then going to credits purchase page but same result.
Using firefox 7.0.1 and tried on IE 9 too with same results

I would call into support (dial 611 from your DV phone) and ask them to look at your account. If you are unable to purchase online, it could be an account problem that the forum can't really help with.

Let us know how you get on though as it might help others.

I can't reach the call center, when I called 611, is always answer machine. it said that for technical problem please use self-service, maybe they only provide the service for business?
what I want is just by credit online, why it's so difficult?

If you try to purchase World credits for your FPL account see below:

Please go to http://www.freephoneline.ca/login and login first.

After that you can choose to purchase anything. I just tried and it works for me using Firefox.

Have you tried that?

One more thing- if you try to purchase World credits for your Mobile account, you have to do it from the device using Apple store.
