I have asked for a solution for this many times and there has been no resolve till now.
The outgoing quality is very bad, I cannot hear the other person at all, but they can hear me.
How can I have this fixed.

Outgoing Quality is very bad
Re: Outgoing Quality is very bad
It's the router. This problem happens all the time. The number one issue with the service using an adaptor is that you need to have some kind of routing device in order to hook up both a computer and an ATA. But, all routers have firewalls. These firewalls tend to mostly block incoming traffic - meaning that you can't hear them - but the outgoing traffic is not blocked - so they can hear you.
Open these ports depending on what you have:
ATA Line 1: UDP 5060
ATA Line 2: UDP 5061
Softphone: UDP 13000 and UDP 13001
