softphone+dialing extensions

Hi,

I am trying to reach a phone number and dial the extension after the automated message. The extension is not considered by the soft phone ? Why ? Is it possible to call such a number which has an extension ?

what's your DTMF set to in the settings? Tone or SIP? It should be tone to emulate a regular landline phone

I have tried both settings and it doesn't work.
