phone number with extension

Hi,

I am trying to call a phone number using the softphone and I am asked to enter an extension. Unfortunately, the extension cannot be interpreted by the softphone !Why ? I have tried using a # after the extension number, or without it and the result was the same. The extension was not considered.

This problem is the same when calling a phone number with options (press 1 for english and 2 for french).

Is it possible to take care of this problem ? Or give me a solution as soon as possible ?

In your software settings, under "other" tab, set your DTMF setting to Tone. If it is set at tone and still not working, then we have a new software release right around the corner that will fix this.

I have the same problem.
I am in Cancun and I cannot access my voicemail on my cell phone back in Canada.

I have just downloaded the newest update for free phone, (included your own ringtone). I also have it set to "Tone" but I cannot access any automated menu's or extensions. Please help fix this as it was not fixed in the last update.
