I am getting this message since I upgraded to the last version of the soft phone Yesterday.
I tried to downgrade it to the original version and same error shows, though the program runs, it does not save any settingsnor the login info.

Seems to be a windows restriction on your computer. Are you the administrator account, or are you just a regular account?
