No Sound On Software

Whenever a call is dialed out there is no sound all of a sudden...

everything has been working great for the past 2 weeks now all of a sudden theres no sound. If i cancel the call the software then freezes.

Any ideas?

How long after you place a call does the sound stop working?
Have you tried re-installing the software?

Immediately. I will here the ding for outgoing call but no sound.

Reinstalled software roughly 3 or 4 times.

Not sure now what the issue could be as it's be working upto yesterday

Magically today its working again on and off.

some calls work up and down.

Do you have a router? If so, open ports UDP 13000 and UDP 13001 and then run a test connection. If mentions any other ports, open them as well.
