Touch tone

Hello,

After placing a call, if I have to select an extension, it doesn't work !

So to hear what was happening, I called another of my phone and press the number keys on the pad of the software, and I could hear tone beeps, but they seemed too short...

What can I do ?

I'll bring it up with the programmers, the DTMF may be cutting out before the tone can be fully passed through to dial the extension.

Any development on this bug? I use version 2.2.2.0 of the software. I had this issue since I'm with you>1yr. The new DTMF opt out did not help at all.

At some places, it's just the pound key that is off. Maybe it depends on their phone provider.

About three weeks ago a version was released with working DTMF - it underwent extensive testing and no bugs were found. Try redownloading and installing your 2.2.0 - there was a few hour time period where an incorrectly labeled version made it on the server without the DTMF fix.

We called every IVR we could think of, VOIP, POTS, you name it, and could not find any issues with the DTMF on this new version.
