FPL software not connecting

Two of my friend and me cann't connect to server. Are we the only one or the server is down?

I think the server was out because it came back by it self here and my friend too.

And the http://www.freephoneline.ca is back

Hmm, I'll check it out when I'm in the office later today. There may have been some upgrades done over the weekend but I won't know until Later Today.

Okay, so looks like the web server (Glassfish) had a minor outage that didn't affect just us; but all of their users.

This outage affected the communication from our SIP server to your desktop software and back to the website, which in turn, was the reason you couldn't connect until about 1:30am.

Hope this answers questions, please note that we are taking further steps to prevent this, though a third party outage is more or less out of our hands.
