Can't call to another FPL

Hi,

My FPL works well except when i try to call another FPL or when another FPL try to call me.
We are always redirected on the voicemail.

My ATA is a Linksys PAP2 maybe it's just a bad setting?

Please send an email to the fpl admin email below. I will send you a configuration email which will include all the settings requred to refresh your ATA and fix any bugs you may have.

Also make sure UDP ports 5060 and 5061, as well as UDP ports 13000 and 13001 are open on your router; You may need to call you router company to get these opened.

I put all the settings that were in the configuration document but it still

Make sure you have any antivirus AS WELL AS Windows Firewall set to have an exception and allow all traffic through those 4 UDP ports above, as well as allow an exception for "FreePhoneLine.exe"

Ok, my Firewall as an exception for freephoneline.exe and all those 4 UDP ports are open on the firewall and on my router.

I still can't from my FPL to afriend FPL but i can call everywhere else.

If a use the FPL software everything works, it's when i call with my phone via my PAP2 that doesn't work.

Try copying all your settings from your Config File into your ATA - AFTER you type **** > RESET# -- So star four (4) times then 73738 Pound.

Then enter all of your settings from scratch.
