can't call 819-271-****

Hi,

have problem calling my cell phone from fpl.My fpl # is from ottawa and my cell phone from hull.Any other cell phone i call is working to hull.My cell provider is virgin mobile and any other virgin mobil in the 819-351-**** is working but 819-271-**** not working and this two is from the same location.Any help ?

Please email fpl admin with the email address below with the full phone number as well as detailed descriptions of what happens when you phone those numbers.

Let me check what's up for you when he gets here.. he's usually pretty snappy at responding to all our emails unless it got filtered as junk mail by mistake and he never saw it.

I have same problem.....if i call 613 from ottawa speacially rogers wont work......if i called pizzapizza or bell 613310bell saying my "TARIF PLAN NOT COVERED'' is there any way to get fix this,,,its local # how come????

Please make sure your dial plan is correct, some dial plans only allow certain numbers to be dialed - area codes, only with a 1 infront of the number etc... Here is ours:
