Service Outage Till 2013/2/12 ?

As of right now 9:00 am, voicemail seems to be working but the website isn't...no logs or forwarding info.

This type of service is really disappointing. I have no idea how many calls have been missed. Fongo has our email addresses, they should send out a notice if theres going to be interruptions and at the end of the interruptions. What would that cost them.

I actually received a email from fongo related to the planned maintenance scheduled.

Confirming the same as Hyrules said - an email notification had been sent out several days prior to the maintenance, was posted on our service status page, and also in the forums. Unfortunately the voicemail maintenance did extend a couple hours longer than planned which was updated in our forums.

Seems there was a change an or glitch as the system reverted to the original email the account was opened up under and NOT the email that had since been set up as updated email contact information.
