Unable to connect to Freephoneline

Hi,
I'm having problems while connecting to freephoneline, after entering my login and passwords, I get a message saying that my firewall is blocking the connection.
I checked the firewall and nothing is wrong with it..It was the same after and freephoneline used to works good !!

Checked your router too?
Softphone uses UDP ports 13000-13001 and 6060-6061
