enter PIN to finish the registration
I have a magicjack phone. When I get the call to enter my PIN, I enter it and then nothing happens.

Re: enter PIN to finish the registration
can you send me your email address you used to register? I'll manually active it, then we'll take a look into why it's not working for you. Can you use DTMF if you call other IVRs or offices?valenonish wrote:I have a magicjack phone. When I get the call to enter my PIN, I enter it and then nothing happens.

I' got your message that my account is activated. Thanks. When I run freephoneline.exe, I see: NO connection to the server. What should I do?

I have had it take up to 30 seconds before the softphone actually connects, especially when switching between my two accounts.valenonish wrote:I' got your message that my account is activated. Thanks. When I run freephoneline.exe, I see: NO connection to the server. What should I do?
