Hi All

I have a linksys ATA and the green internet light is on the power light flashes orange and that's it no phone lights
I have powered down and up multiple times - I have tried connecting directly to the cable modem - (internet works fine)

So I tried to comunicate with the PAP2T but the browser says the web page is unavailable
the orange light is flashing 3 short 3 long 3 short
the router shows the ip address of the PAP2T
I even tried to download firmware to correct this but nothing is working

Please help

Hi there,

Please do this:

Factory reset:

Pick up a phone connected to ATA and Dial **** and 73738#. Wait for reboot.

Pick up a phone connected to the ATA and dial **** and then 7932# and enter option 1.

Hang up and dial **** and enter 110# and get the IP

Open a browser and input the IP.

Sorry to take so long to respond I just got back from England

So I tried what you said above and still nothing - the yellow light is flashibg as before and the green internet light is blinking - please help

What happens when you try the below:
Pick up a phone connected to ATA and Dial **** and 73738#. Wait for reboot

Does the unit reset?

does that mean i pay another 50 dollar fee or were do I get that file from for a new ata

You just buy another Linksys and you enter all the info by yourself

Your credentials can be found by logging in into your FPL account at www.freephoneline.ca/login

Settings->sip settings

That contains your user name and password + realm

For the other ata settings- please see below- depending on your ATA:
