Download Phone Software for Computer

I already have an account set up but I need to download the software again for a free phone line to be used on my computer. The problem is that you have to provide your email address to download the the software again. I have already used my email address to set up an account so I get an error message that says "The email is already registered". How do I download the software again without creating a new account?

Log into your account via the web and download the software from your account interface.
