alll FPL number is not connected now

as of now, 7:30am, all FPL number is not working, any update info?

ok, i put one modem connected to voip2.freephoneline.ca and the other to voip.freephoneline.ca with my different FPL accounts, it turned out only voip2 is working now.

Connecting to alternate server is not resolving the issue.

Please open a ticket for this issue to resolve.

Try to include details of your setup including modem/router, etc.

Last but not least, your device(s) need to be setup as per FPL gudelines.

i have set up modem exactly same as your instruction in previous post, i never change since then. i just wonder what server side change caused this hassles.
