I just got my SIP config and whatever number I try to call, I get the following message:
"This call is not covered by your tariff plan"
I suspect my dial plan is wrong. My Dial Plan is set to : <:001>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<:00>x.T
Any ideas?

Re: This call is not covered by your tariff plan?!
I use the following Dial Plan:
(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)
Also, keep in mind that only numbers located within the listed cities on the Freephoneline website can be dialed - outside of that you require a 2-stage LD distance plan.

Re: This call is not covered by your tariff plan?!
I have the same problem.
I am using the FPL softphone.
There is nothing set in "Dialing Rules", I am not sure how to fill in the info.
I receive the message when calling some "800" numbers, however others work.
I am in Toronto, have a FPL 647 number, I have a 416 number in my phonebook and received " This call is not covered by your tariff plan"
When I input the number manually it worked OK.
Help would be appreciated
