Whenever you change your modem, you MUST POWER CYCLE your router after the modem had connected to your ISP!
***edit***
Or, you have a more serious problem like double-NAT. If you tell us the model of your modem and router, together with their configuration, you will get a full answer, not half like mine above.

Assuming that you made no changes to the config of the ATA, please try this:
Please try to power off equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.
Try testing the line(s) after this- should be ok.
Please let me know.
If this is still an issue after performing this, please send me a PM with your account details and I will check.
Thanks,

Login your router and you will all the device attach to your router and you will know your ATA device
when you reset your router, ATA device IP will change

I did every thing as it says and after i disconnected the ATA for 30 min.... no result doesnt work!
In Grandstream Device Configuration i click on Status

Re: Changed my internet provider and my device doesnt work
I would take the ATA out of the equation and test other things so you know what you are dealing with.
First I would download the FPL softphone and test with that.
Nest I would download a free softphone (like x-lite) and test with that.
If everything works fine with those then your account and connection is OK, so you need to look at the ATA.

Re: Changed my internet provider and my device doesnt work
I downloaded the FPL softphone every thing works perfect! I tried to call and it worked!
I know for sure that the problem is with the ATA device because it worked with the previous Internet provider!
I was thinking that may be the router is requesting the password, but when device connected directly with the cable you dont have to write the password!?
so i have no idea how to fix it....any other ideas?

Re: Changed my internet provider and my device doesnt work
The type of internet connection should not make any difference. Rogers does not block anything, so it should work fine.
Are you sure you did a factory reset on the ATA? The reason I ask is the link you provided just says how to set it up, not reset it . If you didn't have to go find and re-enter your un, pw, server settings, etc; the chance are you didn't do a reset.
Look on the very last page of this manual for how to factory reset your router http://www.grandstream.com/products/ht_ ... nglish.pdf I have also quoted it below. After you have reset it, you can use that link to enter all the details again. If you need conformation on how to encode the MAC address, post it here and I am sure someone will help.

Restore Factory Default Setting WARNING!
Restoring the Factory Default Setting will DELETE all configuration information of the phone. Please BACKUP or PRINT out all the settings before you approach to following steps.
Grandstream will not take any responsibility if you lose all the parameters of setting and cannot connect to your VoIP service provider.
Step 1:
Find the MAC Address of the device.
It is a 12 digits HEX number located on the bottom of the unit.
Step 2:
Encode the MAC address. Please use the following mapping:
0-9: 0-9
A: 22
B: 222
C: 2222
D: 33
E: 333
F: 3333
For example, if the MAC address is 000b8200e395, it should be encoded as “0002228200333395”.
Step 3:
To perform factory reset:
-Pick up the headset. Dial “***” or press the LED button for voice prompt.
-Enter “99” and get the voice prompt “Reset”.
-Enter the encoded MAC address of the device.
-Wait for 15 seconds. The device will reboot automatically and restore to factory default setting.
NOTE:Factory Reset will be disabled if the “Lock keypad update” or “Disable voice prompt” is set to “Yes”.

Doesn't work is a very generic statement.
What happens if:
1. you dial from your home phone to a Fongo#
2. Dial from your home phone to a PSTN/Cell number
Please let me know.
Thanks,

It looks like you have to update the Authenticate password field in your ATA with your sip password.
Please do so to resolve the issue.
If you run into any troubles, send me a PM.
