Hi,
I am experiencing a problem from the last two days. Connection on my ATA displays failed.
Is there any change to the settings that I need to know or is there any outage ??
Also not able to find any customer support phone numbers.

Hi kola,
Can you power off your ATA device (unplug the power) for 45 seconds and reconnect it. Let us know if this helped.

I tried that but not able to register, more over , not able to connect using softphone as well.

Thanks for the reply but I have a question, if I use credentials of my other accounts on that specific ATA then why does it work fine ?

How many FPL accounts do you have?
