hey guys i do not know what has happened but on 4 different phones i been noticing frequently that peope have asked me if i have a second call coming in as it sounds to the other party like it fades in and out ... can this be fixxed please as it gets really annoying after a few times !!
PS: Everything was working fine before march. I haven't changed anything since i been using your Voip service.

How about the phone itself, any possibility of a problem there? Is it a cordless? If so, is your router a wireless?
How often does this happen? If it's infrequent, it would be good to try to get a test right after it occurs on a VoIP test website... Do you hear any problems on your end?
