Yes, there should be no problem with that.

There is an RTP Packet Size of "0.020" for our service which is non-negotiable. Other than that, there are no truly mandatory settings that an adaptor makes required for both lines at the same time - most other settings are line specific meaning that one line can have completely different settings than another.

thanks for the reply i was waiting for mr hernandes to reply to my email ..i changed my RTP setting from ''0.030'' to ''0.020'' just to see if any issue wold comes up with my acanac phone line,,there was non . so if this is the only thing in the setting that might have ben a problem that there should not be any problem getting another line from fpl, i do have a final question ..what if after purchasing the software and setting up every thing as it should be but things didn't work out well and the ftp line did not work as it should can i cancel and get my money back?

No unfortunately we do not offer refunds zik, since our service is provided at such a low cost we need the money we get from our customers to keep the service up and new features rolling out.

I'm not too sure what you mean. As soon as you register with FPL you can immediately download the software phone you use with the headset, if you buy the ATA and Configuration file, as soon as your credit card payment goes through (about 2 days) we send the ATA out on FedEx Ground ($20 S&H) and the config file will appear in your FPL account on the website, you will then be emailed by an automated system notifying you that your SIP Settings are now shown in your account.

Your ATA come pre-configured, no setup necessary.
