I can call but no voice or sound

I am on Rogers using the SMC Broadband Gateway, it dials fine and I enabled the ports but no on can hear me nor can i hear them, now i do have a Voip Voice phone which is used for Skype

Is there any suggestions

You may need to configure your VoIP phone for it. If you have Skype installed it may be taking priority over the phone causing the no voice issue.

What model of Gateway (Wireless?) is it.
