Plan de numérotation en Français

Postby alcaloide » 11/13/2014

{911|<111=6137459426>|<211=5142834006>|<311=5148720311>|<411=15145551212>|<511=18883550511>|<811=18003613977>|x11|*xx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|^1900x.|^1976x.}

Pour les appareils Linksys ou Cisco ATA:
(911S0|<111:6137459426>S0|<211:5142834006>S0|<311:5148720311>S0|<411:15145551212>S0|<511:18883550511>S0|<811:18003613977>S0|<0:5144472040>S0|x11S0|*xxS0|[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|1xxxxxxxxxxS0|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|1900x.!|1976x.!)

Note: I do not speak nor understand French, but I do know how to use Google Translate.

Your dial plan only works before it reaches |1900x.!|1976x.!| These 2 plans will NEVER be executed!

I am sure you did not test your dial plan, for if you did, you would have realized that you can still dial 1-900-xxx-xxxx and 1-976-xxx-xxxx. But since 1-900 is blocked by the FPL system, your call will not go through. Same with 1-976.

To test, replace 1900x.! with 1613x.! and replace 1976x.! with 1514x.! or vice versa if you please, and you will find out that you will still be able to dial 1-613-xxx-xxxx and 1-514-xxx-xxxx.

1-900 and 1-976 can not be blocked by your dial plan because this part, |1xxxxxxxxxxS0|, allows any 10-digit (11 including the exit code) to be dialled. And one more tip, if you want to block phone numbers (say, those starting with 1-900), you block it right after the last significant digit is dialled, hence |1900x.!| should be written as |1900!| 8-)

Because on my side it is Working.
Note i always test everything... i'm not the one who will forward port on is Nat router 1/65535 un Both UDP and TCP protocols to make work is Voip ATA... lol :P

i went there to understand Dial Plan constructions: http://blog.voipdiy.com/2010/03/underst ... a2102.html
There: In the Manual of Grand stream: Under: Comprehensive Dial Plan support for Outgoing calls: http://www.grandstream.com/products/ht_ ... nglish.pdf

You did your test on your SPA112 trying to block 1514 using your Linksys dial plan, and it worked? :o You are kidding, right? Well, hopefully!

The Linksys ATA reads the dial plan from left to right and it stops after it finds the first match. In your case, your 1xxxxxxxxxxS0 is before your 1900x.! (or 1514x.! if you actually tested it). Therefore, any 11-digit phone number that starts with 1 will always be dialled, and that includes your 1900, 1514 or what not for as long as it starts with a 1.

no im not kidding and i also tel you what i did. try it and let me know. thanks
This is my dial plan.(911S0|<111:6137459426>S0|<211:5142834006>S0|<311:5148720311>S0|<411:15145551212>S0|<511:18883550511>S0|<811:18003613977>S0|<0:5144472040>S0|x11S0|*xxS0|[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|1xxxxxxxxxxS0|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|1900x.!|1976x.!)
wen i dial 1900 or 1976 i cant not continue the rest of the phone number because i her a busy echo sound. If i put |1514x.!| for example if i try to dial 1514 i cant not continue the rest of the phone number because i will her a busy echo sound!
So the .|1900x.!|1976x.! do work and my speed dial work to. Went i say i make the test is because i made it! What about you, did you make the test you self whit what you say it was not good on my dial plan? did you test my dial plan?
if you test it and it will work i guest you will find a explication for me. that's all i need to know, to some one here tel me why this 1900x.!|1976x.! are working to block the call.
Because right now you make me look idiot over other people. and that's not cool at all.

i put a screen shots of my SPA112 whit my dial plan on it to prove you then im not kidding.

But i went to read at this link: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/do ... 08747.html
they mention like you say:
Getting to Know Number Barring:
A sequence can be barred (rejected) by placing a '!' character at the end of the sequence. Thus, "1900xxxxxxx!" automatically rejects all 900 area code numbers from being dialed.
ok i made the test whit this 1976xxxxxxx! and 1900xxxxxxx!
If i dial like 1-976-5000 for example, (because they do exist 1-976 whit four other digits) the call will not be reject! i made the test, but if i put 1900! and 1976! it will work. it will do the same as 1900x.! and 1976x.! i cant not continue the rest of the phone number because i heard a busy echo sound.
Other wise i can also do 1900xxxx!|1976xxxx!|1900xxxxxxx!|1976xxxxxxx! or 1900x!|1976x! without the dot ... i don't know anyway why they is a dot there...... my error... but some how it is working whit the dot.
what i understand is whit this 1900x!|1976x! it will rejects all the time you dial 1976 and one other number 0 to 9 number... if 1900!|1976! it will rejects all the time you dial 1900 or 1976 without dialing other number....
A sequence can be barred (rejected) by placing a '!' character at the end of the sequence.
i try it and that's what append... :)

XXXX = Numéro de l'abonné

You should not use a diaplan for *67 since *67 is not officially supported by Freephoneline (at the time this post is written): http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20012#p78367.

*67 is supported by default, however, for Fongo Home Phone. I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy.

https://www.fongo.com/government-service-numbers/
211,311,511, and 811 are all supported by Freephoneline for Quebec. It is unnecessary to change a default dialplan to support those service numbers.

15145551212 does not appear to be valid, so the 411 entry is useless.
https://www.learnadaptevolve.com/contact-2/

Using both 911 and x11 is redundant. Grandstream usually uses *x+ for star codes for those that have more than a star followed by two digits instead of *xx (* and two digits). Anyway, the default Grandstream dialplan in the ATA should work.

If you want further assistance, then I would try asking at https://forums.grandstream.com/ if no one else replies.
"does not work" does not provide me with much troubleshooting information, and I'm uncertain if you're having issues with dialing 511, for example, which is a 1888 number.
Unfortunately, I don't have time to deal with configuring dial plans. You can also try at https://www.dslreports.com/forum/voip
