Authenticating on WiFi, not on mobile data

I am traveling abroad, using Fongo for calls to and from Canada.

The problem is that while Fongo works fine over WiFi, it refuses to authenticate over cellular data.

Please advise.

It's possible that the mobile provider you are using is blocking the app. They could be blocking all voip traffic as they would obviously lose money if everyone used that instead of making calls through them.
