[Resolved] Simultaneous follow me voicemail

I noticed if I use the simultaneous follow me option, there is no way to set after how many rings it goes to fongo voicemail.

I want after 3 rings to go to voicemail, but it keeps ringing until one of my other numbers physical machine picks up.

Is there no way to activate fongo voicemail if I use simultaneous follow me? Is this available only for sequential follow me?

Your cellphone’s voicemail is answering the call because less rings are required to trigger your cellphone’s voicemail system than Fongo’s.

You have two options: increase the number of rings before voicemail for the other numbers (contact your mobility provider for help) or decrease the number of rings
before Fongo voicemail picks up the call.

Basically the first number that trigger’s voicemail answers the call.

If you want to use sequential follow me, then the number of rings to try for each number must be lower than the number of rings that triggers voicemail with any number except Fongo Mobile.

This is the problem. It seems that Fongo ignores the number of rings before Fongo voicemail picks up. I select simultaneous follow me. Then I go select voicemail rings in fongo 3. But still phone rings 4 times and one of my follow me numbers voicemail takes over. It seems Fongo defaults to 5 rings for it's own voicemail and for a weird reason (bug?) when using simultaneous, this 5 rings for fongo before voicemail picks up cannot be changed.

Could this maybe be forwarded to the dev teams to look if this might be a possible bug?
