Identified - Account Services Additional Latency

Investigating - As a side effect of the platform migration we are aware of degraded performance with calling system account services. Account setting changes in app, on the web or in Fongo Works may take longer than normal. We have engaged the vendor to rectify the issue.

"Resolved - A network provider had some network issues for about 20 min. During this time the Voice Service among others for Fongo Mobile and Fongo Works were down since we could not communicate with them. They have fixed the issue and all services are working as expected. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
