Can you PM me your number and I'll pull up some logs and see what I can do in the morning.

Re: Can't call Purolator or UPS
Well, I hate to say it but both worked for me first try - Purolator was a bit low on volume but when I tested with our Allstream line it was the same. TELUS on the other hand (18888112500) I called a few times just for fun, you have to admit their IVR is pretty inventive.
I'm pulling up SIP logs for both those calls just for kicks to see if your device prematurely sent a BYE signal or anything like that...

Re: Can't call Purolator or UPS
Thanks for having a look.
I may order another of the same ATA to have as a backup and so I can compare them, maybe that would also help eliminate it as the source of dropped calls as well.

Re: Can't call Purolator or UPS
Just tried them, no luck.
Regarding the chances that my device is sending a premature 'bye', if that's the case, would the message I hear be saying, 'this number is not available in your area at this time"?
Also I get the same results for these numbers using the softphone, would this not rule out the ATA and the settings as being the culprit then?
I may be helpful if we could find someone else in my geographic area to try calling, or maybe someone that is originating on a Telus DSL line like I am?
Also don't forget, when this problem first started I could call Telus and not call UPS, now that is reversed and I can call UPS but not Telus. That really seems odd doesn't it?

You are correct.TSellers wrote:Just tried them, no luck.

I had some spare time so I put your exact account on a PAP2T here in the office. I could call UPS, purlator, and all the telus 800 numbers I could find on their BC support site. So this is a weird one! The only different variables between us are: ISP and network. You're with telus, and we're on our own network. And your network is a consumer router and modem, and we're NAT'd through a fiber line (though several other connection types are available for testing)
