Can't hear the caller voice on incoming call

I changed some settings based on their recommendations, will see if it fixes the problem.

ah crap, its happened to me now too. all of a sudden I can't hear incoming callers. the phone rings no sound..calling out is still fine. watching for sollutions.
using bb 9300 and smc networks router. and just to add, its been working for months, nothing has been done here as some have said, everything is the same. it just stopped working.
