We are able to make local calls, but unable to make longdistance calls.
We have paid the monthly fee for unlimited national calls in Canada.
We have the freephoneline "bundle" which sent us a phone and voip router, they are also our ISP.

When we call the freephoneline number to make a longdistance call, we are greeted by some man's voice saying that to purchase this plan I should call xxx-xxx-xxxx
If a dial the longdistance number directly, I'm greeted by a womans voice saying that my funds are insufficient for this call.

This has started approx 30 min ago (at least this is when we noticed it)
I'm located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Can you PM me the details? If it just stopped 30 minutes ago then it's not related to the issue from this announcement.
