Hello everyone, I recently received an email from Fongo saying my account was charge to 0 balance due to no activity and the account is dormant, the email says all I need to do is login to my account and make a call, I tried login to my account from my phone app but I can't, so I use web to login to my account and deposit 5 dollar into my world credit, after that I still can not use my phone app to login and make a phone call. Fongo support article says the account will be delete after 60days, I can not afford to loose my Fongo mobile number since it is connected to few important platforms. please help me solve this, much appreciated!
