Whenever dialing my number the sound quality is horrible, a lot of static. Also when going directly to voicemail the sound quality stays bad.
It looks like the issue is somewhere in the infrastructure (but I might be wrong).

Re: Sound quality
Have you tried calling from multiple carriers? Ie. Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc?
Our side is essentially 100% digital, so there's really nothing in our infrastructure that can affect quality, or if it does, it would be global and over 45,000 people would be complaining right now.
I'm wondering if it's maybe something between the phone carrier you're calling from and us - the call may travel through other carriers along the way too.
Why don't you PM me your freephoneline number, the numbers you're testing calling from, and the times of your last tests. I'll check things out and see if I can find anything.

Re: Sound quality
Tought I tested everything, but I forgot to test different Carriers... it seems to be a Primus Issue as Fido and Roger customers are getting good quality.
Anyway sent a PM to close all gaps.
