Contact Search Criteria

Just noticed FPL changed the search criteria in the "My Contact" tab in our account profiles.

Now you have to input two mandatory fields, "Name" and "City"!

I remember that It was allowed for a free search without mandatory fields I believe before , Oct 16,2010.

It is now very inconvenience for us to find a person from the "My Contact" tab in our account profile.

We may only know the person's name but not knowing which city he/she is in!

I tried a wild card search (by entering '*' or '%' in those fields) but no luck.

Can we get the old search template back?

Or

FPL advise use how to do a wildcard search?
