Im in Montreal with area code (514) and I can access my VM by pressing *98

I get the same thing, 613 area code (not that it should make much difference here). Luckily I don't use it much, if at all, but I thought I would test it.

Voicemail is like the weather... can't predict if it'll work or not! :lol:

Voicemail should be back to 99.9% uptime soon again! A small bug was identified in the new system that the vendor is working on. Once resolved, these occasional voicemail freezes will be gone.
