Custom voicemail Greeting not activating
I have gone on to record my custom greeting, confirmed with # and then *** to exit the call. When I call in, the greet played was not my custom greeting but the standard "the person you are trying to reach...". Does anyone know if there is a preferred way to select a greeting? thanks in advance.

Can you PM me your number? I'll take a look when I return to the office first thing tomorrow morning.

Re: Custom voicemail Greeting not activating
I have the same issue. Changed all the greetings. When I dial *98 and play the greeting, it's what I want. When I call my number and it goes to voice mail, I still hear the standard robotic "the person you're trying to reach is unavailable". I spent probably 2 hrs trying to fix that. What did I miss?

Re: Custom voicemail Greeting not activating
Seem like a common problem; I'm having the same problem where I can't set the custom voice message and only the standard message plays. How can I make a custom recording work? Can you please help???? THanks!

Re: Custom voicemail Greeting not even recording
My softphone setup works calling to other numbers.
But when I dial *98 etc etc and record a personal greeting, I end with #, and then when ostensibly playing the recording back to me, it just gives me endless fuzz and random noises (ie that go forever, not just my recording length). So... is the whole feature broken right now?
