Incoming Calls ring once or twice then straight to voice mai

Hi, when trying to call my number, it rings once or twice and goes straight to voice mail? Is anyone having the same problem?

Log on to the website of freephoneline and check the FollowMe settings. The number of seconds there is how long until the call is sent to voicemail. Put at least 15 seconds for about 4 rings.

All settings are right, it is set at 30. No incoming calls can come through, it just goes straight to voice mail.

Then check your ata and make sure it is registering properly. Also check that all appropriate ports (5060, 5061, 6060, 6061, 13000, 13001) are forwarded properly (in UDP) to your ATA device.
